Introducing

Our History

This is the way we found to promote the local artisan's crafts, give back to our forest and keep on planting more native trees

We have a story to tell...

Our perfume was born in 1965 and it was a success in the US and the Chilean market. After 57 years, we are back with this family project, but now our purpose is different. We decided to relaunch Roussar and get back to the business of helping our Chilean forests.

What we do

Every year, with the felling of trees for the timber industry, hundreds of branches are discarded and even burned, increasing the level of environmental pollution. It was our roots and love for the Chilean forests that motivated us to transform this action: we collected the discards that remain after the felling of the Lingues and we use them to bottle our fragrances.

Our bottle is unique

Each piece is handmade by Chilean artisans and has its own story to tell… there will never be two identical pieces.

...since that is not enough, we want to do more

For each Roussar we sell, we’ll plant a lingue, so we can preserve this noble native tree in the south of Chile.

Whoever plants a tree, plants HOPE for a better future for our PLANET.
